- Child labour and any form of forced or compulsory labour are strictly prohibited.
- All workers receive wages, benefits and rest periods that meet or exceed legal and industry standards.
- Employment is freely chosen: no deposits and no surrender of identity documents.
- Equal opportunity regardless of gender, age, nationality, religion or sexual orientation.
- Zero tolerance towards any form of physical, verbal or psychological abuse.
- Employees' right to freedom of association and collective bargaining is respected.
- The company commits to minimising negative social impacts and engaging respectfully with local communities.
Health and safety
Safety is treated as an absolute priority and is not traded against site schedules.
- Operations comply strictly with local legislation, international standards and industry best practice.
- Preventable risks are identified at source and systematically eliminated through data-driven controls.
- Every injury is considered preventable: management is systematic and aimed at zero incidents.
- Every individual has full authority to stop work immediately where conditions are deemed unsafe.
Environmental responsibility
- Alignment with the strictest European and national environmental standards.
- Proactive reduction of energy, water and material consumption to contain emissions.
- Strict controls for spill prevention and hazardous substance containment.
- Impact assessments on land use, noise and local habitats at every project stage.
- Specific measures to safeguard flora, fauna and sensitive ecosystems.
- Reduce, reuse and recycle principles applied through authorised waste contractors.
- The environmental policy extends to all subcontractors and suppliers, with regular audits.
