Ethics reporting

Tecnolines Italia provides confidential channels to report concerns. Reports may be made by employees, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and any interested party.

What to report

• Requests for or offers of bribes, facilitation payments, gifts or hospitality outside company rules.
• Accounting or administrative irregularities.
• Unsafe working conditions or failure to follow safety procedures.
• Discrimination, harassment, physical, verbal or psychological abuse.
• Child labour, forced labour or breaches of workers' rights along the supply chain.
• Environmental damage or failure to follow environmental procedures.

How reports are handled

• The identity of the person reporting is treated confidentially.
• A strict anti-retaliation policy applies: no consequences for reporting in good faith.
• Reports may also be submitted anonymously.
• An independent compliance body oversees the assessment.
• Confirmed breaches result in immediate disciplinary or legal action.

How to submit a report

By post, in a sealed envelope addressed to the Compliance Function at the registered office. The envelope is opened only by the recipient function.
